Our Forecourt Sales
The Forecourt Sale!
In order to raise funds for our charity, we hold a biannual forecourt sale. At these events, we offer a variety of discounted items and the proceeds go toward supporting our work in Africa.
A wide range of items will be on sale on the forecourt, including:
- Electrical and hand tools
- Garden tools
- Lawnmowers
- Sewing machines
- Haberdashery
- Crafts
- Bric-a-brac
- Boxes
- Vintage items
- and many more…
The Workaid Shop will also be open until 4pm with a wide selection of products at our usual prices. You can pay both outside on the forecourt and inside the shop on the day of the event.
Our volunteers (in green) will be available to answer any questions you might have, from inquiries about who we are and what we do, to information about your newly purchased lawnmower!
Preparation
The forecourt sale is an event that both our volunteers and the public look forward to. The volunteers work particularly hard in the lead-up to the event, organising and preparing items for sale to ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully on the day.
This event would not be possible without the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers and the generosity of your donations.

Spring Forecourt Sale
We are pleased to share that we had a successful day at our recent Spring Forecourt Sale in March!
As you can see from the pictures, one of our skilled volunteers showcased wood-turning at the event. This demonstration along with the sunny weather made for an even better day.
Thank you to everyone who shopped, attended and supported. We are truly grateful for the collective effort and positive response from the sale and we look forward to the next one.
