“Empowering young people in Africa to build sustainable livelihoods” 

We believe that young people in Africa are the drivers of development and know the solutions to the challenges they face. We work with like-minded organisations to provide quality vocational training through the provision of tools and equipment. Our tools and starter kits are used for training and the creation of employment opportunities for young people, helping them escape poverty and promote sustainability.

We share our expertise and knowledge from the UK to Africa so that young people are able to maintain and repair the tools and equipment we send. We offer quality comprehensive training of trainers for more complicated items such as sewing and knitting machines. Our vision is that eventually much of this work will be carried out by the young people in Africa. 

Listening and learning as an organisation is at the heart of all we do and as such we monitor and evaluate all our work and that of our partners in Africa. This enables us to make informed decisions about where to place our resources in order to achieve the greatest impact.
