Help us transform lives In Africa, like Godfrey. Through tools supplied by Workaid, he has trained to be a carpenter and built a small business, enabling him to build a better future for his family.
£50 can help set-up a group of young people in business with refurbished tools
£850 can fully equip a vocational workshop in a secondary school or training centre

Godfrey completed his training in carpentry at the end of 2022 from Albert Valley Institute Vocational Studies, he decided to learn a trade in order to better provide for his children.
Francis was a trainee at Kira Farm where he excelled. Upon graduation he gained employment with a construction company in Entebbe.
Five dedicated members of the Kamughobe Trading Centre, have been transformed by the Empathy Foundation, graduating in tailoring.
Jesca received a sewing machine from Workaid. The machine was like “a super important tool” that made it easier for her to earn money with her tailoring skills.
Aziz’s hard work and generosity shows how small businesses can make a big difference for everyone involved.
